How it works

Every month we deliver a carefully curated and themed selection of dear prudence stationery directly to your letterbox.

You’ll get 4 of our beautifully illustrated, eco-printed, greetings cards, as well as some other exclusive little goodies, all packaged in a reusable cardboard box.

Cut-off and delivery Dates

For monthly subscriptions, the date you order your first box will be the date each subsequent payment will be taken. Order on, or before, the 15th of any month, and you will receive the next scheduled delivery, order on the 16th, or later, and you will receive the delivery after that…

“For example, if you sign up on, or before, the 15th of August, your first box will be the September box, and will be delivered at the end of August/beginning of September. Sign up anywhere from the 16th August - 15th September, and your first box will be the October box- and it'll be delivered before the end of September/beginning of October”.

For the three month bundle, we take a one-off payment, then you get a lovely treat in your letterbox every month for the next three months, following the same delivery date structure as above. If you would like the first delivery of your bundle to arrive at some other time, for example, as a birthday gift, please get in touch via our contact form and we will do our best to honour your request. The remaining deliveries will adhere to the schedule detailed above.

We will be doing our best to ensure you get your subscription box promptly, but, as a one woman business, we ask for your patience. If you have any queries, or want to request speedier delivery, drop us a line via our contact form.

payment terms

To facilitate the auto-payment feature of the “billed monthly” subscription box, we have implemented customer accounts. Any information we store will be used exclusively to facilitate receiving payment for, and delivery of, your order. We do not hold any financial information, and use stripe to process payments.

When you register a customer account on this website, you will be required to establish a login identifier and a password. You are responsible for protecting your login and password from unauthorised use, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account (including without limitation financial obligations).

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that your login or password has been or may be used without your permission so that appropriate action can be taken. We are not responsible for losses or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your login and password.
